- 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley Chopped
- 1 tbsp Fresh Rosemary Chopped
- 1/4 Cup Olive OIl
- 2 tbsp Butter Melted
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the minced garlic, chopped parsley, thyme leaves, rosemary, olive oil, melted butter, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to make the garlic herb marinade.
- 2. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the garlic herb marinade over the chicken, making sure each breast is coated evenly. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
